I don’t think those on the Left care about honesty or accountability. It’s all about winning at all costs. Integrity be dammed. End justifying the means.

How dare he be subjected to a standard of spoken word and conduct.

The media spin that it was political inexperience only piles a lie upon a lie. The evidence is clear. There can be no spin or nuance here. Integrity is critical both for Carney and the media. Vassey has and the Sun chain being notable exceptions on this matter.

Does Brookfield not have places in 30 other countries? Plus their Brookfield Place still open in Toronto. Successful company- always good to have an experienced economist on your team. Is the fuss about Carney not being politician enough to lie convincingly? We have enough of that with Poilievre, who has (and uses) plenty of it as a career politician. Are there not more important things on the agenda at the present time?

Mark Carney doesn’t think he has to answer to the people because, well, he’s Mark Carney and have you seen his CV? He was quite miffed when first questioned. The man is trouble, BIG TROUBLE! There should be flashing, neon DANGER signs surrounding him.
